2022 ELOPEMENT PACKAGE
We are now offering a package to those that wish for simplicity and calm for one of the most important days of their lives. With our elopement package, you really only have to show up with a marriage license and all the other things are taken care of. While it is for a smaller group than the usual wedding, and it may seem quirky, elopements truly take the stress of the day and allow you to celebrate with loved ones. This is a chance to share your day with those closest to you, with no worries. Our vendors and staff will make sure your day is as perfect as it can be. We will only have select dates for this package.

Payment
A $750.00 payment when booking is due. This saves your date to our website and will be taken off your final balance. This payment is non-refundable.
If a cancellation should happen, we will make every effort to re-book that date. If the date is re-booked the initial $750.00 will be refunded to you.
Final payment and a damage deposit is due 60 days before your event. If final payment is not made 60 days prior, the venue has the option to cancel your event.
A damage deposit of $500.00 is due 60 days prior to your event. This is refundable if no damage is found to the venue or surrounding property after your event. Troyer's Prairie Gold will mail your deposit back to you when no issues have been found (within 2 weeks of your event).
If a cancellation should happen, we will make every effort to re-book that date. If the date is re-booked the initial $750.00 will be refunded to you.
